Bryan Olson, touring monitor engineer and founder of Firehouse Productions, began by providing sound equipment for some of the best known artists of the time including Peter Gabriel, The Cure, Tears for Fears, and Thomas Dolby, to name a few.

| Our name, Firehouse Productions, comes from the location of our original office, in a former firehouse. We began to get the reputation of the place that our clients would turn to when they had to put out their own “fires” that usually accompany outrageous deadlines, extraordinarily creative artists, and unbelievable production challenges. Bryan Olson, who started Firehouse Productions, was able to comfortably work in this kind of a crazy environment and design some unique equipment and technology solutions that helped to strengthen our reputation. There are just a few of us here who are comfortable working in the sustained chaos of major live shows that involve top artists like Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers, Peter Gabriel, NIN, and simultaneous global fund-raising events like Live Aid, etc. |
Firehouse Productions operates out of a newly renovated 20,000 square foot warehouse/office complex at 20 Firehouse Lane in Red Hook, New York, ninety miles from New York City in the beautiful and historic Hudson Valley.
The core of Firehouse Productions includes; Bryan Olson-President, Mark Dittmar-Lead Design & Integration Engineer, Simon Welch-Head Systems Engineer, and Tony Pietrzak- in charge of Operations. Together we provide a decade's worth of Live Event and Broadcast Television experience.
